The focus will be on building a sustainable, marketable, and relevant NABFEME Community. Changing our mindset helps us connect better and grow while interacting with a collective that values our services. In the past, it was crucial to demonstrate our presence in various markets, but today, it is more important to demonstrate that we are competitive, responsive, and relevant to the needs of our members, partners, and business associates. We will continue to develop agendas, timelines, and action plans that benefit our local membership.
Members of the NABFEME Executive Board are located strategically in or around our community, or strongest areas. This skilled team, sought-after for their diverse backgrounds, careers, and professional expertise, will oversee the organization's operations in these respective areas. They will plan and administer various programs, events, and activities. These professionals also bring a wealth of specialized creative, technical, managerial, and administrative services to the organization, making them a valuable asset.
