Be The Change
The Elephant in The Room Tour continues in 2024! This community-focused social responsibility initiative supported by music aims to address critical issues in the Black community. The initiative is produced by NABFEME, the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment, Inc. The multi-city tour brings together influential speakers from business, entertainment, and local government to address the often-unspoken issues we desperately need to discuss. Each tour stop is complemented by soul-stirring, feel-good R&B music performances that showcase the power of positive Black community experiences.
We firmly believe women are pivotal in driving positive change within our society and with women as the driving force of this tour... our 2024 theme, "Cultivating The Culture" will deliver essential tools, techniques, and motivation to uplift, inspire and drive positive change.
