The NABFEME Foundation
The NABFEME Foundation is a 501 (C)(3) nonprofit, charitable foundation that focuses on education, women’s advocacy and youth development. All donations are 100% tax-deductible.
Our Mission Statement
To create educational content and programs that advance the female agenda of equity, empowerment, and inclusion. Due to many challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic, much of the progress achieved by women in and outside the workplace diminished. With women’s advocacy and education playing a dominant role in the NABFEME Foundation’s mission, we endeavor to teach and provide fundamental access to leadership and opportunities that advance the female empowerment agenda.
We Believe:
- The path to empowerment begins with education, self-worth, and access to business and institutional leaders.
- The gateway to equality and inclusion is women in leadership or decision-making capacities.
- Increased mentorship opportunities advance professionalism, community growth, culture and value.
- The “less than” mentality is eradicated when young minds are mentored, supported, and accentuated.
- Attitude and behavioral adjustments help to improve lives while creating inspiration that helps to change the lives of others.
- Sexism can be tackled by empowering women with resources that will enable them to make better choices and informed decisions.
