The members of NABFEME are the heartbeat of our organization. Each member brings a unique story and career journey… it’s these individual strengths that can truly amplify our collective impact. We understand that our greatest strength lies in our unity, which is why we’re excited to host our virtual NABFEME Member Meetings.

No matter where you are on the continent, you can be part of this essential dialogue! These gatherings offer a vital opportunity for members and team leaders to come together to explore challenges, celebrate successes, and drive our organization forward. Let’s share what empowers us and address what makes us feel isolated. These meetings will take place bi-monthly on the first Saturday every other month. Women Who Jam!® is more than just music; it’s about the connections, the performances, and the spirit of empowerment that comes with being a part of a community that celebrates female creativity. We are proud to showcase celebrated divas, comeback queens, and sisters on the rise, and we are excited to support their artistry. With daily airplay on 30 radio affiliates worldwide, Women Who Jam! is dedicated to elevating women in music and providing a platform for their voices to be heard. Join our movement and be inspired by the power of female creativity!We’re expanding and adding more affiliates, which means more opportunities for music created by women to be heard! NABFEME Summit & 25th Anniversary

The year 2025 holds great significance for our organization as we celebrate 25 years of service. In 2025, we will celebrate a milestone… the NABFEME 25th Anniversary. Current plans are underway to celebrate during the NABFEME International Women’s Leadership Summit – a culturally diverse, gender-friendly, professional gathering and learning platform for professionals in music, entertainment, and related industries.

Plan now to join us at the NABFEME International Women’s Leadership Summit as we tackle the numerous challenges women face in business, the workplace, and the community. You won’t want to miss the incredible lineup of activities, speakers, and seminars we are planning. With over 500 thought-leading women and men in entertainment and other industry fields expected to attend, this is an event you can’t afford to miss!
